Advanced Freediver
About the course
Reaching deeper, staying longer... there are many reasons to continue training in freediving and breath-hold diving. This course is designed to guide you through this process of maturing in the sport. By the end of the training, you will be able to:
​
- Achieve static apnea of 2 minutes and 30 seconds (2 minutes for divers under 18 years old);
​
- Perform dynamic apnea of 50 meters (30 meters for divers under 18 years old);
​
- Perform a free immersion dive to 20 meters depth with constant weight (15 meters for divers under 18 years old).
​

Requirements:
​
- Minimum age of 15 years old;
​
- Good physical health;
​
- PADI Freediver certification (or equivalent certification from another organization).
Included:
​
- Course material;
​
- Theory class;
​
- One day of pool practice;
​
- One day of sea practice;
​
- Weight belt;
​
- International certification.
Required equipment:
​
- Freediving mask;
​
- Snorkel;
​
- Fins;
​
- Wetsuit;
​
- Surface signaling device;
​
- Freediving computer.
